FACE PAINTING SERVICE AGREEMENT

HELPFUL HINTS FOR A SUCCESSFUL PARTY

• If you plan to take photos of the guests with their face paintings, I suggest that food be served after the photos are taken.

• Face Painting does not mix well with activities involving water or sweat, so plan accordingly! So if it's 98 degrees out and/or kids will be swimming or jumping on a trampoline, I recommend using a water resistant Paint which I can provide for an additional $ 25.00 per/hour!

• It is strongly advised that you have other activities planned for the guests while the face painting is being done, so all the kids don't have to wait in a long line. I will provide numbered wrist bands so kids can participate in other activities prior to the face painting.

PRICES:

• In order to give each face design the attention it deserves, I paint approximately 10 faces per hour depending on the design. Please schedule your event accordingly.

•Price is $100.00 per hour. I require a 2 hour minimum (exceptions made on case by case basis) I require a $50.00 save the date fee with signed agreement within 5 business days of receiving this contract to hold date. The balance is due the day of the event, immediately following end of face painting time. If extra face painting time is requested at the event, and I am available, I will stay after the contracted time for an additional fee which will then be agreed upon by both parties.

• Travel costs: I charge $1.00 per mile after the first 30 miles. Travel Fees Due day of event. Please call for quote.

CANCELLATIONS:
This contract between Lil’ Peeps Face Painting and client shall not become effective until it is signed and the initial deposit due has been paid. At the time the contract takes effect, Lil’ Peeps Face Painting shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason, in the event that client cancels the contract for any reason, within 2 weeks prior to the event, all monies paid shall be retained by Lil’ Peeps Face Painting in order to offset its loss of business. If performer would have to cancel due to illness, the retainer would be returned and I would make every effort to try to find a replacement for you, but cannot guarantee one.

CONDITIONS:

• Adverse Working Conditions: Performer has the right to cease entertainment and leave without refunding any monies if there are extreme adverse working conditions and the Client fails to remedy the situation after it has been brought to the Client’s attention. Adverse conditions included but not limited to: destructive, violent, or inappropriate behavior of a child or adult; illegal activities; dangerous conditions.

• Client agrees to provide an area with sufficient lighting and protection from extreme temperatures, sun, rain, snow and excessive wind. I will not set up too near a sound system (need to be able to hear the guests) or a bounce house or other inflatable (for safety reasons).

• I am not responsible for childcare and will not supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Client's and/or Parents' responsibility. I cannot see other children and what they are doing while I am painting. I require an adult at all times to monitor the children.

LIABILITY STATEMENT:

• I use Professional Face Paints and cosmetic grade glitter for the skin and adhere to the strictest sanitation and hygiene procedures. I am not liable for allergic reactions to paints. Children with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate, or have a patch test done at the beginning of the event. For safety reasons, I will not paint children under 2 years of age. For sanitary reasons, I will not paint anyone who is or appears to be sick or suffering from: cold sores, pink eye, infectious skin condition, eczema, open wounds or lice. I will use reasonable care, but I am not responsible for Paint damage to clothing or property. The Client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and/or any damage to my equipment or supplies caused by pets or guests.

It is clients responsibility to let guests know ahead of time (included in the invitations is a good idea) that there will be a face painter at your event. If anyone prefers that their child not have face painting done (due to allergies or any other reason) please advise me prior to start of the event. I do have other options for these situations, like temporary tattoos.

Please sign and return agreement and $50 retainer fee within 5 days. Balance is due day of event (cash or credit cards accepted) Retainer fee can be sent via Pay Pal to kayzee1013@gmail.com. If you do not have a Pay Pal account I can invoice you via PayPal through email. Sorry But I can no longer Accept Checks!

Once agreement and retainer are returned this event is considered booked and you will receive confirmation by email, Facebook or phone call. Please keep a copy of contract for your records before sending back. Thank you! I am looking forward to making your event a memorable one!
